Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.

Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Often Should I Get a Wheel Alignment in Greenwood?
We generally recommend an alignment check once a year or every 12,000 miles. However, due to Greenwood's challenging road conditions, more frequent checks are a smart choice if you often drive on rough pavement or hit potholes.
Can Misalignment Cause Long-Term Damage?
Yes, absolutely. Driving with a bad alignment causes uneven tire wear, reduces fuel efficiency, and puts significant stress on your steering and suspension components. Addressing alignment issues early helps you avoid more complex and costly repairs down the road.
What Happens During a Wheel Alignment Service?
During an alignment, our technicians use advanced, computerized equipment to measure your vehicle's wheel angles, camber, caster, and toe. We then precisely adjust these angles back to the manufacturer's exact specifications and inspect related steering and suspension components.
Is Wheel Alignment the Same as Tire Balancing?
No, they are different but equally important. Wheel alignment corrects the angles of your tires to improve steering and prevent uneven wear. Tire balancing corrects weight imbalances in the wheel itself to prevent vibrations and shaking.
Do I Need a Front-End or Four-Wheel Alignment?
This depends on your vehicle’s suspension system. Most modern cars with independent rear suspensions require a four-wheel alignment. Our technicians will inspect your vehicle and recommend the correct service to meet its specific requirements.
