You schedule online or by phone, our technicians perform a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) that includes actual photos of your vehicle’s components, and you review the findings before approving any work. That photo documentation matters on diesel systems: when a technician finds a worn turbocharger seal or a clogged fuel filter, you see it for yourself rather than taking someone’s word for it. From there, we complete the approved repairs and get you back on the road.

Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
