Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my brakes are unsafe?
If your brakes grind, feel soft, vibrate, or turn on a warning light, it is time to have them checked. These symptoms can signal reduced stopping power. Our technicians can inspect your system, explain what is happening, and help you decide how quickly repairs should be completed.
How much will brake repair cost at your shop?
The cost depends on what we find during your inspection, such as pad wear, rotor condition, and any hydraulic issues. We provide a clear estimate before work begins and explain each line in plain language. Our goal is to help you understand what is essential and what is preventative.
How long does brake pad replacement usually take?
Many brake pad services can be completed within several hours, although timing can change with vehicle type and part availability. When we check in your vehicle, we give you our best time estimate. If the job takes longer, our complimentary shuttle can help you keep your day moving.
Do you offer a warranty on brake work?
Yes, our brake services are backed by an industry-leading warranty on qualifying parts and labor. This warranty reflects the confidence we have in our workmanship and the components we install. Our team is happy to review specific coverage details with you before you approve any work.
Will you explain my brake options before starting work?
We always review our findings and recommendations with you before beginning repairs. Our team explains what is urgent, what can wait, and what each option costs. We encourage questions and want you to feel comfortable with every decision about your braking system.
