Leaving your car at the shop shouldn't mean putting your whole day on hold. At Christian Brothers Automotive Alpharetta-Milton, our free shuttle service is one of the biggest reasons neighbors throughout Alpharetta and Milton choose us over the shop down the street. Our philosophy is simple: if you're willing to make the drive to see us, we're willing to make the drive to get you back home…or to work or just about anywhere else. And, when your car is ready, we’ll pick you back up.

Since 2021, we've given our customers over 9,000 rides — logging roughly 35,000 miles a year getting people to work, school, appointments, and everywhere in between. Most of our shuttle runs stay within about a 15-minute radius of our shop, but we've gone as far as an hour away when someone needed us to.

More Than a Ride

Our shuttle drivers have seen it all, and they treat every trip like it's for family. A few of our favorites:

• A race to the airport. One customer was worried about missing a flight — our team turned around a two-hour round trip to get them there in time.
• A helping hand at the ultrasound. When a very pregnant customer's husband was stuck at a delayed flight and her car wasn't safe to drive, we took her to her appointment — and waited to bring her home.
• A rescue on GA-400. In the middle of rush hour and a rainstorm, we picked up a stranded customer — only to find she had two kids and two very large, very muddy, very slobbery dogs riding along too.
• A two-stop family favor. We've picked up a customer, driven to her mother's house to get her too, taken both of them to an eye appointment, and brought them safely home afterward.
• A little extra TLC. We've even watched a customer's dog while she ran into the grocery store during her wait.
  These aren't the exception — they're what our shuttle service is built for.

How It Works

Select “Ride” when setting up your appointment online or simply let us know you need a ride when dropping your car off.
We'll take you to work, home, an appointment, or wherever your day takes you — most trips within about 15 minutes of our shop, though we'll go further when the schedule accommodates.

When your car's ready, if you request it, we'll come get you.
