What to Expect During Audi Service
We begin with the reason for your visit, whether it’s scheduled maintenance, a dashboard warning, an unusual sound, or a change in how your vehicle drives.
Share Your Vehicle’s History
When scheduling by phone or online, provide the model, model year, mileage, symptoms, warning lights, recent repairs, and available maintenance history. This information gives our technicians useful context before the inspection.
Review the Findings
We inspect or diagnose the relevant systems and document visible conditions through the Digital Vehicle Inspection. We then explain our findings, available options, and recommended next steps in straightforward terms.
Authorize the Work
You choose which recommended services to approve. Timing depends on the model, diagnostic findings, parts availability, and scope of work. When appropriate, we’ll also discuss maintenance that can be planned for a future visit.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Stay on Schedule While We Service Your Audi
Diagnosis or a larger repair may require your vehicle to remain with us beyond the initial inspection. Our complimentary shuttle service lets you continue with your day. If you prefer to wait, our customer lounge offers free Wi-Fi and refreshments.
Tell us about your transportation needs when scheduling. Once we assess the vehicle, we can discuss the anticipated service timeline.
Signs Your Audi Should Be Inspected
Consult your owner’s manual and maintenance schedule for model-specific service intervals, fluid requirements, warning-light guidance, and inspection recommendations. Your vehicle’s actual needs also depend on its mileage, driving conditions, previous repairs, and service history.
Arrange an inspection if you notice:
- A check engine light or another dashboard warning
- Fluid leaking beneath the vehicle
- Rough running, hesitation, or reduced performance
- Unusual brake noise or pedal behavior
- Vibration, pulling, or changes in steering
- Temperature changes or other cooling-system symptoms
Because these symptoms can have several causes, an inspection is a reliable way to identify the appropriate next step.
Plan Your Audi Repair in Wheat Ridge
Whether your vehicle is due for maintenance or showing a new symptom, begin by noting what you’ve observed and gathering any available service records. We’ll assess the concern, document our findings, and explain your options before you authorize work.
Understanding Audi Maintenance & Diagnostics
An Audi maintenance schedule may include engine oil and filter service, brake-fluid replacement, cabin or engine air-filter replacement, and inspections of the tires, brakes, and other systems. Because the correct intervals and specifications vary by vehicle, mileage alone doesn’t provide the complete service picture.
Diagnostics may involve a TFSI engine, Audi’s name for certain turbocharged direct-injection engines, as well as the transmission, stability and braking systems, suspension, cooling components, or electrical modules. On equipped models, the quattro drivetrain is Audi’s all-wheel-drive system and adds components that may need to be considered during diagnosis.
Reliable recommendations connect the reported symptoms with fault information, physical inspection findings, and the vehicle’s applicable maintenance requirements. This process distinguishes confirmed needs from items that can be monitored or planned for future service.
