What to Expect With a Brake Service
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

Symptoms and warning signs of brake problems
Failure of brakes can cause the following symptoms:
- Squeaking or squealing audibly
- Grinding and stopping
- Steering column shakes
- The brake pedal is spongy
- Brakes push the vehicle to the side
- Car wobbles at highway speeds
The most common cause of brake problems is worn brake pads and rotors. In addition to slowing your vehicle, your brake pads distribute heat so that it doesn't overheat. Both pieces of a brake contribute to its functionality. It is possible to replace these pieces if they are damaged.
Brake problems can also be caused by low brake fluid levels. You can slow or stop your car more quickly by applying more pressure to the brake pedal. Besides preventing corrosion, it also protects your brakes' metal components.
