Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical tune-up take?
A typical tune-up visit usually fits within part of a day, although timing depends on what we find and what you approve. We let you know our best estimate up front, keep you updated, and offer shuttle service nearby so you can stay on schedule.
How will I know what services my car really needs?
We review inspection results and manufacturer information with you and explain what we see. Our team separates urgent safety items from preventative suggestions and walks through each recommendation in plain language. You decide what to approve, and we will not proceed with additional work without your permission.
Do your technicians work on my type of vehicle?
Our ASE-certified technicians service a wide range of makes and models. We use manufacturer-quality equipment and current service information to help ensure your vehicle is cared for correctly. If you have specific questions about your car, our team is happy to discuss them before you schedule.
What kind of warranty do you offer on maintenance?
We offer an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship and parts. Specific coverage details can vary by service, so our team explains applicable warranty information before work begins and answers questions so you understand how you are protected.
Can I wait at your shop while my car is serviced?
Yes, many guests choose to wait in our comfortable lobby while we work on their vehicle. If waiting is not convenient, we also provide shuttle service locally, subject to availability, so you can get where you need to be while your car is in the shop.
