2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need an alignment?
You may need alignment if your car pulls, the steering wheel is off-center, or your tires show uneven wear. Vibration or a change in how the car tracks after a bump can also be signs. A professional inspection lets our team confirm what is really going on.
How long does a wheel alignment usually take?
A typical wheel alignment visit often takes around an hour once the vehicle is in the bay, although timing can vary with inspection needs or part concerns. When you schedule, we can give you a reasonable estimate and offer shuttle service when available to reduce disruption.
Will an alignment fix my car pulling to one side?
Alignment can often correct pulling that comes from wheels not pointing straight. However, pulls can also come from tire problems or worn suspension parts. Our technicians check alignment, tires, and key components together and then explain what we find before recommending the next step.
How often should I get a tire alignment?
Many drivers benefit from checking alignment every year or when they notice symptoms like uneven wear or pulling. In areas with rough roads or frequent potholes, it can be wise to check more often. We can suggest an interval that fits your driving and your vehicle.
Can you explain alignment findings in simple terms?
Yes, that is a core part of how we serve guests. We review measurements, show you tire wear patterns, and describe what they mean without heavy jargon. Our team takes time to answer questions so you feel confident about any alignment or related repairs you choose.
