Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need suspension work?
Noticeable bouncing, clunking over bumps, uneven tire wear, or a loose steering feel are common signs. If your vehicle does not feel as stable as it used to, we can inspect shocks, struts, and related parts, then explain exactly what we find before you decide on any suspension repair.
How long does shocks or struts service usually take?
Time depends on the vehicle and which components need attention. Simple shocks installation may be completed the same day in many situations, while larger suspension repairs can take longer. We discuss timing with you up front and offer a complimentary shuttle when your car needs to stay longer.
Will you explain suspension repairs before you start?
Yes, we review our inspection results with you in clear, everyday language before work begins. We outline which parts need attention, why they matter for safety and comfort, and what it will cost. No suspension work starts until you understand and approve the recommended repairs.
What kind of warranty do you offer on suspension work?
Our suspension services are backed by an industry-leading warranty on covered parts and labor. The specific terms can vary by repair, and our team will explain how the warranty applies to your shocks, struts, or other components, so you know exactly how you are protected.
Can I wait at your shop while my suspension is repaired?
For shorter visits, many customers choose to relax in our comfortable lobby. When suspension work is expected to take longer, we also offer a complimentary shuttle within the area so you can continue with your day while our team cares for your vehicle.
