I was extremely stressed especially when I was told that I would need to have my water pump repaired and possibly have to replace my engine. Christine was very understanding and took the time to go over everything with my sister,who works at a dealership and understands car repairs. Christine searched out less expensive options in the event I did need to replace the engine. The pump was replaced, the chemical test was run and thankfully, I did not have to replace the engine. They were extremely helpful in helping me get my auto back home when I was unable to get ii. I had stopped by several places, and called at least a half dozen more, but everywhere I tried, the necessary equipment was not working because of some system-wide problem. What a blessing that I called the Christian Brothers Miramesa location on Fry Road in Cypress, Texas! I spoke to Brian, and he said to come right over! That’s what I did, and my car was being inspected in under five minutes. After a very short time, the inspection was completed, and my car was placed at the front door of the office, ready for me to step right into it. My experience with Christian Brothers was wonderful! Everyone I saw spoke to me cordially. All the office staff, as well as the inspector, were professional, extremely polite, and very engaged in ensuring that I received all the assistance I could ever possibly want.
