What to Expect at Your Visit
Every service appointment at our Lubbock shop follows a clear, consistent process. We start with a complimentary digital vehicle inspection, using photos to document findings before any work is recommended. You see exactly what we see and can make an informed decision with no pressure.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Built for Mercedes-Benz Engineering, Ready for Lubbock’s Climate
Mercedes-Benz vehicles are engineered beyond what standard domestic service tools and training are designed to handle. Proper diagnosis and repair require equipment and technician knowledge matched to that complexity. We invest in both.
Lubbock’s semi-arid climate adds its own wear factors. Strong winds, periodic dust storms, and high summer heat can accelerate deterioration in air filters, seals, and other components your Mercedes-Benz relies on. Regular inspection can catch that wear before it becomes a larger problem.
Mercedes-Benz Services We Perform
We handle the full range of Mercedes-Benz maintenance and repair, from routine service to extensive diagnostic work. Whether your vehicle is due for scheduled upkeep or you’re chasing an intermittent warning light, our Lubbock team is equipped to help.
Our Mercedes-Benz service work includes:
- Oil changes and fluid services
- Brake inspection and repair
- Engine diagnostics and repair
- Transmission service and repair
- Electrical system diagnostics
- Suspension inspection and service

Mercedes-Benz vehicles communicate problems early if you know what to watch for. Dashboard warning lights are the most direct signal, but they’re not the only one. Unusual noises during acceleration, braking, or turning often point to issues that are easier and less costly to address before they develop further. Changes in braking feel or handling responsiveness deserve prompt inspection as well. If something feels different about your vehicle, don’t wait for a second signal. Bring it in and let us take a look.
Independent Service & Your Mercedes-Benz Warranty
A common concern among Mercedes-Benz owners is whether using an independent shop affects the manufacturer’s warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a federal law enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, manufacturers generally can’t void a vehicle’s warranty solely because maintenance or repairs were performed at a qualified independent repair shop rather than a dealership. This is general consumer information, not legal advice specific to your situation. If you have questions about your particular coverage, reviewing your warranty documentation or contacting the manufacturer directly is the right step.
