Schedule, Inspect, Approve: How Your Audi Visit Works
Book online or by phone, drop off your vehicle, and let our technicians get to work. Audi’s onboard diagnostic systems generate manufacturer-specific fault codes that require compatible scan tool software to read accurately. We use the right tools from the start.
After diagnosis, we send you a digital vehicle inspection report with pictures and videos of what our technicians found. No repairs begin until you’ve reviewed the findings and given your approval.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Audi TFSI Engines & Synthetic Oil Service
Most modern Audi engines are turbocharged TFSI units that require manufacturer-specified full synthetic oil and precise service intervals. Using the wrong oil grade or stretching intervals too long can shorten turbocharger life and affect engine performance. Our ASE-certified technicians know the specifications for your model and year, so your engine gets exactly what it needs.
Audi Maintenance Built Around West Texas Driving
Lubbock’s climate puts specific demands on any vehicle. Summer heat accelerates wear on coolant systems, AC components, and engine oil. Dust and persistent wind push contaminants through air filters and into moving parts faster than drivers in milder climates see. Long highway stretches between Lubbock and other West Texas communities add steady mileage that wears on suspension and tires in ways city driving doesn’t.
Audi’s tighter European suspension geometry and complex Quattro all-wheel-drive systems can make those effects more noticeable. Rough or uneven surfaces can produce noise, vibration, or uneven tire wear that warrants a closer look at steering and suspension components. We factor these regional conditions into our maintenance recommendations, including adjusted service timing for drivers who accumulate significant mileage traveling across the area.
If your Audi has an extended warranty, we work with all major extended warranty providers so the coverage you’ve already paid for can apply to the repairs your vehicle needs. Call (806) 484-1701 or schedule online to get started.
Audi Services We Perform
