Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know I can trust your diagnosis?
We explain our findings in plain language and show you what we see whenever possible. Our ASE-certified technicians follow a structured diagnostic process instead of guessing. You receive clear recommendations and estimates, and we only perform work that you have approved.
Will you explain my options before any repair?
Yes. We review each recommended service with you, explain why it matters, and talk through what is urgent versus what can wait. You choose what to approve based on your budget and priorities, and we respect those decisions without pressure.
How long will my car need to stay with you?
Timing depends on what your vehicle needs and parts availability. We give you an estimated timeline after our inspection and keep you updated if anything changes. To help you stay on schedule, we also offer a complimentary shuttle for many visits.
What kind of warranty do you offer on repairs?
We offer an industry-leading warranty on qualifying parts and labor, which provides added confidence long after you leave our shop. Specific coverage details can vary by service, and our team will explain how the warranty applies to your repair before you approve the work.
Are your technicians trained to work on my car?
Our technicians are ASE certified and trained to work on a wide range of makes and models. They use manufacturer-quality equipment to diagnose and repair your vehicle. If you have questions about a specific type of car, we are happy to talk through how we can help.
