How a Porsche Service Appointment Works
Scheduling is simple: call us or book online. From there, here’s what to expect.
- Drop Off & Inspect: Our ASE-certified technicians connect to your Porsche using OEM-level diagnostic software and perform a thorough inspection of your vehicle’s systems.
- Review Your DVI Report: Inspection findings, complete with photos, are sent directly to you via a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) report. You see the issues documented before we discuss any work.
- Approve & Repair: You decide what to authorize. We complete only what you’ve approved, using manufacturer-quality parts. All qualifying repairs are covered by our 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

Porsche Models We Service
We service Porsche vehicles across the current lineup. Each platform has its own service intervals, fluid specifications, and diagnostic requirements, and our technicians are equipped to handle them.
- 911 & 718 Cayman/Boxster: Porsche’s sports car platforms, with performance-specific maintenance and diagnostic needs
- Cayenne & Macan: SUV models with distinct suspension, drivetrain, and fluid service requirements
- Panamera: The performance sedan, sharing drivetrain and electrical system characteristics with other Porsche platforms
- Taycan: Porsche’s all-electric flagship, requiring electrical and high-voltage system awareness
Porsche models equipped with the PDK (Porsche-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe) dual-clutch transmission have specific fluid and filter service intervals. If your vehicle has a PDK, let us know when you schedule and we can make sure that service is accounted for.
Porsche Maintenance Intervals & What Your DVI Covers
Most Porsche models follow a service interval of 10,000 miles or annually, whichever comes first. Exact intervals vary by model and driving conditions, so check your owner’s manual or ask our team when you bring your vehicle in.
Every visit includes a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) that documents your Porsche’s condition with photos. The report covers brakes, tires, fluids, suspension components, and more, giving you a clear picture of where your vehicle stands. Deferred maintenance on high-performance vehicles can accelerate wear across braking, suspension, and drivetrain systems. The DVI helps you catch issues early, before they become larger repairs.
All qualifying repairs at Christian Brothers Automotive Apex are backed by our 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. If you carry an extended warranty on your Porsche, we work with all major extended warranty providers. Confirm coverage specifics with your provider before authorizing repairs.
