Frequently Asked Questions
Can I drive with one headlight out?
Driving with a missing or dim headlight can reduce visibility and may lead to a traffic stop. It is safer to limit driving at night and schedule service as soon as you can. We can inspect the light and help you get back to safer driving quickly.
How long does a headlight or taillight replacement take?
Many light replacements can be completed the same day, and some take less than an hour, depending on access and whether additional issues are found. We explain our timing estimate upfront and offer a complimentary shuttle in the area if you cannot wait at the shop.
Will you tell me if I only need a bulb?
Yes. If your issue is simply a worn bulb, we will let you know and recommend that solution. If we see other concerns, such as wiring or lens damage, we explain those findings and options in plain language so you can decide how you would like to proceed.
What kind of parts do you use for lights?
We use manufacturer-quality equipment and parts for lighting work. Our goal is to install components that meet or closely match original standards so your lights perform reliably. We also back our work with an industry-leading warranty for added peace of mind.
What if you find more electrical problems?
If we discover additional electrical issues, we will walk you through what we found before doing more work. We explain potential causes, recommended next steps, and expected costs. You choose how to move forward, and our team supports you with clear information at each stage.
