We Purchased a used vehicle & took it to Firestone since we used them in Memphis for our other vehicles. Bad mistake!!!! They created Issues that they couldn’t correct so referred us to Christian Brothers......best thing they did for us. From the moment we called the service has been phenomenal. Each time Cliff called us, he took the time to explain the issue/solution. Then we also received an email with pictures & explanation. Christian Brothers Automotive BLESSING “I truly cannot begin to explain the many ways they have gone above and bEyond for my family. I was DESPERATELY in need of my vehicle i didnt have for over a year! My husbands passing was devistating. Our vehIcle broke down & i trusted a “friend” that was a mechanic that took advantage Knowing i was a single parent and alone. Got me for over $3000 in just parts i bought not including payments for labor. My son is disabled & has appoinments, therapies & frequent specialist visits we had to uber becausr they couldnt be missed. I eventually was able to get it back & towed for another $650. Needless to say my faith & trust was 0. Christian bros not only restored my faith in humanity but got us back on the road safley. The damge cause by the “friend” was tremendous. Yet bros never once made me feel anything but loved and cared for. Evrn woth my constant questions die yp no trust. I felt like family to them as my kids did as well. I will never go anywhere else and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Owners, staff and family are blessings that can never be thanked enough for not only service and EXPERTISE, also just the caring, honesty and detication in a whole.
