What To Expect From Our Courtesy Inspection?

Walking into an automotive repair shop can be very intimidating, especially if you don’t have any knowledge about the daunting inner workings and components on your vehicle. At Christian Brothers Automotive in Hutto, we don’t expect you to be the expert. Our friendly service staff and honest technicians strive to eliminate all stereotypical experiences that people despise when it comes to car repair. One of the ways we do this is by offering a Courtesy Inspection to all of our customers.
Here is what to expect from our Courtesy Inspection:

We believe in keeping you informed of maintenance issues before they become costly or leave you stranded on the road. As always, keeping you and your family safe is our highest priority. We gladly provide this inspection at no cost and only recommend what you need.
The Process
We know that understanding all the components of your vehicle can be complex and overwhelming. What is squeaking? Why is my steering wheel shaking? What does the light on my dashboard mean? Why are my brakes making a noise? One of our ASE certified technicians will assess all of your vehicle’s major systems, including:

The Plan
When diagnosing your vehicle our technicians will take pictures of any issues they discover, and our friendly service staff will explain any concerns and the priority of each concern. Our staff will never make any decisions concerning your vehicle without your approval, but together we can make a plan on what looks best for your vehicle and your family.
Execution
If you’re unable to wait on your vehicle, schedule an appointment or drop it off on your way to work and our friendly driver will offer you a courtesy shuttle to Hutto, Taylor, Round Rock, and the surrounding area. We will also gladly pick up and drop off your vehicle so you never have to leave your home.
