I was warmly greeted. they explained everything they would work on. I was shown where I could get some good coffee and was repeatedly asked, during my wait, if there was anything they could do (to include the owner, shawn). I even spent some time peeking in the window at the technicians and everyone was smiling and laughing with each other. The waiting room was warm and inviting. They had free WiFi and phone chargers along with uplifting music. My wife had bad experiences with other oil change places and I can't wait to recommend CBAC to her. We'll be coming back.
