What Does a Check Engine Light Diagnostic Involve?
A check engine light diagnostic involves connecting a scanner device to your vehicle’s onboard computer system.
This device reads error codes that can identify what issue or issues may be causing the check engine light to illuminate. Once we've deciphered these codes, we can begin formulating an effective solution tailored specifically for your vehicle.
Detailed Inspection Process:
- Evaluating: The initial step involves evaluating why exactly the check engine light is on by scanning for error codes.
- Determining: Next, we determine what repairs are necessary based on these error codes.
- Solving: Finally, after explaining our findings and receiving approval from you (the owner), we'll undertake any necessary repairs or maintenance procedures with utmost precision and care.
