"Had noise from differential following repairs from self-maintenance. My first visit to Christian Brothers proved to be very pleasing. Excellent waiting area, very clean and welcome feel. Very good customer service at the counter followed by timely, honest, reasonably priced repair. Definitely recommend them for automotive service needs."

"Both of my experiences were outstanding, couldn't ask for any nicer people. Especially the manager(keep forgetting his name) both times he has helped me out. Its hard to find mechanics that are both friendly and trustworthy. I have been going to my dealership mechanic because of my warranty but is honestly considering taking my car there and paying for it because of the level of service that they provide."

"First time to use CBA. My pathfinder had a gas leak, just moved to Grayson area, not sure who to use or who to trust. Gave CBA a try, and very pleased. ended up only being a broken hose. They were very courteous and helpful and I really felt like they knew what they were doing an honest with me. Will definitely use them again."

"I went in three times within three weeks and saw the same people each time, yet each time they acted as if they'd never seen me before and asked if I'd ever been in. I used to work in retail and yes you see hundreds of people even thousands, but you do tend to recognize those who come in frequently, acknowledging that goes a long way toward making them feel as though you appreciate their business. Even if they can't remember your name, a recognition of a return visit is appreciated, rather than treating everyone like a stranger. I left my car one morning per their request and they never got to it, but never called me. I had to call them to get a status before I came to pick it up. Then when I brought it back the second time, they never called me about it and lost in work, I looked up and it was after 6:00PM, so I was stranded at work with no car to get home. Plus, 6:00 PM closing is early for working people. Most customer service minded retail companies stay open until at least 7:00. Finally, Christian Brothers is the most expensive shop in the area...remind me again what I'm paying extra for?"

"I recently took my Taurua into have a hot oil smell diagnosed. They called me after looking at the vehicle and told me that the pan gasket was leaking. This diagnosis sounded reasonable since the car is a 2004 model but when the bill was presented it was for over $525. I asked what made the cost so high. I have done repair myself in my younger years and it didn't seem to be such a big deal. the bill contained nearly $400 for labor. I don't think that removing the pan bolts, cleaning up the the crankcase and installing the new gasket should require $400 of labor. I understand that the shop needs to get some fee in addition to the pay of the technician but this seems exhorbitant. I was not given an explanation of the reason for the high labor cost."

"We recently had our truck serviced at Christian Brothers. They have always treated us very fairly. I feel that their recommendations are always services that do need to be done to improve the performance and extend the life of the car. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. We will continue to return to them for future service needs."

"Had spark plugs and wires changed in August. Took it back 2 days later as it was missing. They changed out one spark plug. Later it developed another miss and they changed out all spark plugs. Although they ultimately cured the problem, it is unacceptable that it took 2 return visits for problem to be cured."
