"great service; but a big mistake to be closes on saturday for working peaple to get repairs."
"I love that they actually include the little extra things like checking the air in my tires even though its just there for an oil change. Ladies... you can trust them. Unlike other places that talk down to woman and want to over charge for doing nothing. Happy KIA"
"I appreciate the cost effective repair done on my Taurus. The one battery cable was replace and the other was repaired. The repair saved money and solved the problem, just as well as replacing both cables. Thank you again! p.s. I like the text reminder for the next prevenative maintanance."
"it was done quickly and efficently and at a reasonable price."
"Okay, so the words Christian and Automotive don't typically go together. In fact, one could contend that the definitions are quite contradictory. In an industry where sales and profits are put above concern for the client, all too often mechanics are FAR from "Christian" in their dealings. I must say, although I read nothing but wonderful things about CBA, and being a little jaded by my past dealings with mechanics, I was still very skeptical. So I called Frisco West and spoke with Frank, one of the most patient, knowledgeable, and likeable guys you'd expect to ever speak to when talking about fixing your car. After talking to Firestone and various other household name shops after my personal mechanic retired, I was very concerned about the price of replacing my front struts. Frank put all my concerns to rest. His quote was EXACTLY what I paid and it was literally 25% less than the others. Not only that, but since it was a pretty long job, I anticipated walking home, which is about 2 miles away. Frank not only dropped me off at home, he picked me up too. The kindness and genuine thoughfulness was very refreshing. Kudos to West Frisco Christian Brothers Automotive and Frank, you have a new customer and this customer will be referring friends and family."
