Christian Brothers Automotive Great Customer Service “On my way up I-75 my check tire light came on. I was panicked and afraid of the worst. I took the very next exit into North Port to find help, and I got it at Christian Brothers Automotive. The gentleman there (and I am sorry but I was so worried I never even caught his name) quickly came to my aide. He checked each tire to ensure proper safety and had me reset the light. I was so relieved when he told me that all was well and I could continued my drive north. He asked nothing from me but to have a safe trip. I would have paid just for the peace of mind, but he sent me on my way. I cannot thank them enough for the time, caring, and consideration they gave to me in my moment of need. I had a flat tire late in the day on my way home that looked like it was going strand me in North Port for the night two hours from home. Nick and Richard were kind enough to stay after closing hours to find and fix my tire and drive me back to my vehicle so I could make it home that night. Christian Brothers Automotive Great customer service! “I had an intermittent noise in my front end that quite honestly a Ford dealership and one other dealership both couldn't figure out what was causing it. I stopped by Christian Brothers on my way home from work when you could hear the noise and even though it was almost closing time, they still came out to see what was going on. They asked me to drop it off one day and after I did they were able to locate and fix the problem. They even showed me the parts that were going bad which I thought was great service on top of the already great customer service they provide you as soon as you walk in the door.
