Mutual Evaluation Process

The following list details the steps you must take in order to own and operate Christian Brothers Automotive franchises. From submitting your application, to the review process, to your discovery day—and every day thereafter— if awarded we will work closely with you to help you grow your business and achieve your goals as a Christian Brothers Automotive franchisee.

 

Step One - Tell us about Yourself
After a brief conversation we will ask you to complete and submit a preliminary franchise application that will help us learn about you, your family and the preparation you have had up until this point.

 

Step Two - Let’s Talk
We will guide you through the Christian Brothers Automotive opportunity and tell you about our excellent systems for site selection and real estate development, business and operations training, team member recruitment, ongoing coaching and consultation and support for helping you reach your family and financial goals.

 

Step Three - Learn More About Us
The continued phone conversations we will share with you more about the opportunity to become a Christian Brothers Automotive franchisee.  After you meet the preliminary requirements, you will be given a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) that explains in great detail the history, financial background and operational philosophy of Christian Brothers Automotive.

 

Step Four - Talk to Our Franchisees
We will invite you to and strongly encourage you to speak with our operating franchisees to discuss their franchise experience and to ask any additional questions you may have about investing in a Christian Brothers Automotive franchise.  You will find a complete list of franchisee names in the FDD.

 

Step Five - Discovery Day
If you have made it to this point in the evaluation process and you qualify, we will invite you to our home office in Houston, TX for our once/month full day of getting to know each other.  You will meet with our executive leadership team and department heads, tour our National Training Center and answer final questions you may have.

 

Step Six - Your Consideration
It’s at this stage that you will be presented with a License Consideration Form and let us know if you DO want to be considered for a Christian Brothers Automotive franchise.

 

Step Seven - Awarding Process
Within a week of receiving your License Consideration Form we will convene our Licensing Committee and prayerfully consider your candidacy.  We will then get back to you with a Yes, Yes with conditions or No, thank you but we don’t believe this will be a good fit.
