"Incredible customer service!!! The paneer thanked me personally and they quoted me a fair price and honored that quote even when the work took longer than expected...not too many car repair places will do that these days. Customer service was excellent and I was aboe to get my car in within a day and they had it done fast. Definitely going back!"

"Everyone is so nice and honest. They call you to let you know what's going on with your car and the price so there are no surprises. I work in the same shopping center and they even brought my car back to me because I was busy and couldn't leave work. I will definitely be back. Honest mechanics are hard to find!! "I took my car to have it worked on and these men were so nice and professional. I was told that they use a specific part for my 300 but that other mechanics can use a different part, thus saving me money. I have never in my life had a business do that to me. What they did was build trust and I will be using them in the future. Honest, and sincere company."

"My daughter's engine blew a seal in the power steering pump, though at the time we were unsure what the problem was. CB did not hesitate to get her jeep into the shop, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They ordered and received the part the same day; her Jeep was ready the following morning. They were professional in how they handled the problem, they were up front and did not hide anything. Thanks for doing a great job."

"We took our 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe in to Christian Brothers to replace a front engine seal. Another shop had troubleshot the problem but could not fix it. They provided us with a comprehensive systems check ($95) and the all the things that were wrong with the vehicle. The gave us a good estimate for replacing the seal. I was very pleased with the troubleshooting especially since they found a crankshaft gear that was chewed up and could have failed at any time. The price was on the high side but the warranty and roadside assistance made me feel more comfortable about the extra price. My wife was not pleased with the price but I was able to convince her this was a good repair option. Problem is, when we drove it home, the engine knocking noise was so great that my daughter pulled over afraid the engine was going to blow. When I started the vehicle and drove back to the house, it was overly apparent that a lifter was bad. Any ASE-certified technician should have been able to recognize this. When I called the shop, the very friendly and helpful customer service rep told me that she did state there was some noise in the engine. We paid $1500 in repair costs and were told the engine was old and going to make noise, even my daughter noticed something was wrong with the engine. This is unacceptable for certified technicians. I am not happy since this could have been addressed before we left the shop. Something so obvious was missed. Not happy and will not work with Christian Brothers again. My advice, if you need more than an expensive oil change, go somewhere else."

"Treated like a long time customer at first contact. Service writer was very professional, accommodating and upfront with their scheduling. Had to get some personal effects out of my vehicle before they competed their quote and actually talked to the mechanic assigned to my repair order; very nice and knowledgeable and just gave me the feeling I was going to me treated honestly. I knew nothing about this company, but am glad I found them. Thank you."

"I recently had my 2012 Jeep for a brake job, oil change & replacing thermostat. a few days after picking car up, it overheated. they had my vehicle for 2 1/2 days. Denny called me to say my car was running fine. after multiple test drives they could not get it to overheat. so, he advised me to keep an eye on it. he told me there was no charge as they did not solve my problem. so few honest businesses like this."

"Everyone at Christian Brothers was very polite. My son's car had broken a belt, since I had AAA, Christian Brothers Auto was one of the recommended shops that AAA suggested I have it towed to. I called Christian Brothers and told them that I was having the car towed there and they said that they would inspect the car when it arrived and give me a call with the findings. They took my info, including my email address. They sent me a txt when the car arrived and when they finished inspecting it. They sent a email with things that needed to be done, and things they recommended. I called and talked to Tim and discussed what I wanted done now, and the rest would just need to wait til later. Anyway they finished the work and offered to pick me up if needed. I also got a AAA discount and I think they vacuumed my car. Don't know for sure, since my son drives it, but it was looking pretty clean inside :) So far the car seems fine."
