Dr. John Freeman
Dr. Freeman is a licensed orthodontist in the state of Texas. In 1981 Dr. Freeman established his private practice, which has grown into a thriving business over the last 22 years. His practice has grown beyond that of other local practices based on the excellent service and customer care that he provides. Dr. Freeman has been a resident of Houston since 1967. During this time Dr. Freeman has been actively involved in many business interests relating to development and construction. Dr. Freeman currently enjoys managing his business interests, spending time outdoors and enjoying his family. He is also actively involved in civic organizations in the greater Houston area.

Donald Evans
For the last ten years, Mr. Evans has been the president and owner of Ark Ventures, Inc., a regional automotive parts wholesale business. During this time, Mr. Evans has successfully expanded the business to five warehouse locations in two states and increased revenues by over 400% since his acquisition of the company in 1992. Prior to Ark Ventures, Mr. Evans had extensive profit and loss management experience in both marketing and product management. Previous positions include vice president of marketing for Progressive Corporation (NYSE:PGR) and assistant vice president of product management for Anderson Clayton Company, a Fortune 500 diversified food, manufacturing and services conglomerate.

John Carr
Mr. Carr is a managing director in the Private Bank of JP Morgan Chase. At JP Morgan Chase his responsibilities include leading and managing the lending efforts of eight client lending specialists and eleven support personnel in the Houston, Dallas and Austin markets. Mr. Carr manages approximately 1,000 high net worth borrowing clients totaling $1.7 billion in loans. Furthermore, Mr. Carr is responsible for profit and loss management of eight cost center budgets, goal setting relative to net interest income and fee income generation, recognition of cross sell opportunities as well as deal team coordination. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Carr worked for various other commercial banks.
