3 Years / 36,000 Miles - Whichever Occurs Last

At Christian Brothers Automotive, we pride ourselves on delivering the Nice Difference® to our guests, and our warranty is no exception. We want you to trust that when we repair your vehicle, we’ll do so thoroughly and accurately the first time around.

However, we know life isn’t always perfect and things don’t always go as planned. The last thing we want is for you to spend money fixing your car only to turn around and have to pay to fix it all over again because something isn’t quite right. At Christian Brothers Automotive, we strive to love our neighbors as ourselves. Which means while we stand behind our work, we also have a warranty in place to protect you. Our warranty lasts for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever limit occurs last.

A Warranty that Benefits You

Most automotive repair warranties expire at the first of the two limits: miles or months. However, throughout our history as a company, we’ve never been ones to operate by the status-quo. Because we are committed to delivering automotive service that goes above and beyond what customers have come to expect out of our industry, our warranty is the opposite. We offer a 3-year / 36,000 mile limited warranty on parts and labor. The Warranty protects against defects in new parts, as well as improper installation. Plus, it doesn’t expire until the later of the two limits.

Our warranty expires at the limit that occurs last, meaning if it takes you four years to put 36,000 miles on your car, your warranty will still be valid that fourth year, up until you’ve hit 36,000 miles. On the other hand, if you put 50,000 miles on your car in two years, your warranty will still be valid until the end of the third year.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To seek service under warranty, You MUST keep and present a copy of the original repair invoice.

If you are within 25 miles of your original Christian Brothers Automotive location, we recommend that you return your vehicle to that location and present your copy of the invoice. Simply contact your original shop, and one of our team members will walk you through your warranty coverage and help you schedule a service appointment.

Nationwide Coverage

Additionally, our warranty is valid at all of our Christian Brothers Automotive locations across the country. So, if you get your vehicle repaired at our Amarillo location, and the new part fails while you’re road-tripping through Atlanta, you’ll still be covered. Just simply take your car or truck to any of our nationwide locations and we’ll take care of you.

If you are seeking Warranty service and are more than 25 miles from the original Christian Brothers Automotive location, you MUST follow these steps:

If you cannot reasonably get to the original repair location, please call the original repair location to alert them of the issue, prior to calling the Warranty Administrator or having repairs performed at another facility. Our team members will assist you with the warranty process.

If you are in need of warranty assistance outside of our normal hours of operation, please call the Warranty Administrator at 1-833-863-0014 prior to any Warranty work being performed. This toll free number can be reached from 8a-8p EST M-F, and from 8a-5:30p EST on Saturday, excluding US holidays.

The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating location for Warranty work. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service location. If the non-participating location will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, pay for the Warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent Warranty repair invoice to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.
